Shipping time
All orders placed before 7 p.m. will ship the same day with the exception of out-of-stock products. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Shipment tracking
Within 24 hours after sending your order, you will receive a track & trace code by email that will allow you to track your order.
Customs, import duties and taxes
My Moissanite is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applicable to your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (import duties, taxes, etc.).

PostNL:
Netherlands: Always free
Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg: €5 and free for orders over €200.
Outside the EU: €10 and free for orders over €300.
DHL Parcel:
Italy and Poland: €9 and free for orders over €200.
The rest of Europe: €15 and free for orders over €200.
United Kingdom: €15 and free for orders over €250.
DHL Express:
On European and international orders, we also offer the option of DHL Express. This is by far the fastest delivery option worldwide. DHL Express delivers shipments within all of Europe on the very next day. International orders outside the EU average 2-3 days delivery time.
If you want to use DHL Express, there is an additional charge:

This is how you can see if a particular product is in stock:
- On a category page, set the product filter "stock status" to "in stock."
- On the product page, after selecting any attributes, a stock status appears above the "add to cart" button.
