Your Role

As the Operations Manager, you are the linchpin of our company. You work closely with the founder and get the chance to dive into all aspects of our business: from customer service to marketing and sales.

Your Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Service: You are the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and live chat. You also process orders and maintain contact with suppliers.
• Market Trends: You are always up-to-date with the latest jewelry trends and use this knowledge to enrich our product line.
• Website Management: You ensure a flawless online presence and collaborate with developers to optimize our website.
• Team Management: You coordinate freelancers for product updates and photography.
• Process Optimization: You develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to increase our efficiency.
• Product Innovation: You contribute to the development of new product ideas and strategies.
• Data Analysis: You analyze sales data to gain insights that stimulate our growth.

Qualifications:

• Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience: Background in e-commerce, marketing, or sales.
• Organizational: Strong in planning and time management.
• Problem-Solving: Flexible and able to creatively tackle challenges.
• Perfectionistic: You are meticulous and always double-check your work to ensure the highest quality.
