Beautiful but also disappointed

Requested a 3.6, paid for a 3.6, the size I got looks more like a 1.5. Maybe a little bigger but definitely not a 3.6 based on comparisons I’ve seen. The setting I requested is stunning though so no complaints on that. The stone itself was cloudy also when received but after a lot of soaking in warm water with three drops of dawn dish soap and a little bit of scrubbing with a soft brush, it’s shining perfectly. 4 star rating is only because the stone is nowhere near the size I requested.
