About Our Shipping

Every order ships free of charge worldwide with DHL Express. DHL operates several different services under the same brand name, but DHL Express is its premium international express network, completely separate from DHL eCommerce and DHL Parcel.

We use DHL Express because it is in our eyes world's most premium shipping experience, with fast, secure and fully tracked delivery door-to-door. This gives you a smoother delivery experience, with better tracking visibility and more confidence from dispatch through to arrival.

Processing & Dispatch

Order Processing Times

Eligible in-stock orders placed before 17:00 CET on business days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 CET, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

If your item is not currently in stock, production time applies before dispatch. Gold and platinum pieces typically take 1 to 2 weeks to produce. Silver pieces typically take 2 to 3 weeks. On select silver products, express production is available and reduces production time to 1 to 2 weeks.

Checking Product Availability

If you want to check whether a specific product is currently in stock, the easiest way is to do it directly on the product page after selecting your preferred options.

Go to the relevant product page on our website.
Select your preferred options, such as the precious metal, stone size, and ring size where applicable.
Once all options are selected, the stock availability will be shown just above the "Add to Cart" button.

If you are looking for an item that can be dispatched immediately, you can also browse our category pages and use the filters. Simply filter by "In stock" together with your preferred metal, ring size, and stone size to see the pieces currently available for immediate dispatch.

Delivery

Shipping time with DHL Express is blazingly fast:

Within the EU: Typically next business day delivery after dispatch.
Outside the EU: Typically 2 to 3 business days to major destinations worldwide after dispatch.

For remote destinations, delivery times may vary.

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, our team will step in and resolve it with the carrier. You are not left to deal with that process on your own.

Packaging

For added privacy, orders are shipped in plain outer packaging with no visible indication that the parcel contains jewelry. The shipping label also uses a generic product description rather than anything jewelry-specific.

This helps keep delivery more private and reduces unwanted attention while your parcel is in transit.

Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

For deliveries within the European Union, there are no customs charges. For destinations outside the European Union, any duties or taxes due are included in your final checkout price before you place your order. This helps keep the delivery process seamless, with no surprise charges after dispatch and no separate customs payment request delaying delivery.
