What is covered by the lifetime warranty?

My Moissanite’s jewelry is known worldwide as high quality jewelry. Although it is incredibly rare for one of our pieces of jewelry to contain manufacturing defects, the possibility of errors always exists.

As a result, we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products. If your jewelry ever has material or manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

What is not covered?

Defects due to misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. My Moissanite is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
