Best customer service I have seen in awhile. The owner replied to my emails really quickly on a Sunday. Don’t worry if your proposal is a surprise the box is not branded so it won’t stand out if you get mail or if you live in an apartment, where mail is Livro is in the hall, the product is shiny. The ring is absolutely amazing fits perfectly and arrived within 24 hours with express shipping. I could not be happier with this ring and I’m so glad that I got to propose to my new fiancé with it.
